Summer Time Cucies
2 cucumbers (peeled and cut into circles)
1 ½ cups white vinegar
1 ½ cups water
3-4 sprigs of dill
Place peeled and cut cucumbers into pickle/olive keeper (click here for the one we use but you can also just use any large food container)
Add vinegar, water, and dill. Any 1 to 1 ratio of vinegar and water will work until the cucumbers are fully submerged)
You can always play around with how much vinegar and water you add. Want it less intense? Add less vinegar! Want more dill? Do it!
I let mine sit overnight and eat the next day.
